Summary:
CX8802 is an asynchronous buck converter with a wide range input voltage of 9V to 100V.
The CX8802 integrates a 120V 400-m Ω high-voltage side MOSFET with built-in compensation for fixed frequency peak current control, eliminating the need for external components.
The CX8802 provides a continuous load current of 1.5A, with an efficiency of up to 95%. The cycle by cycle current limit of high-end MOSFETs can protect the converter in case of overload. If the overcurrent condition lasts longer than the current time, it triggers burp mode protection.
CX8802 has a protection function that can protect the load from faults such as undervoltage, overcurrent, and overheating.
