CX8576Q, 4.75-36V withstand voltage, built-in dual N MOS, 4.8A high current DC-DC synchronous step-down converter

CX8576Q is an efficient, high-voltage, and synchronous buck system, which is a DC-DC converter that integrates high and low side power.

The converter has a wide input range from 4.75V to 36V, an output voltage from 0.8V to VIN, and a continuous output current of up to 4.8A.

The converter can be configured as a single output, each with independent constant current (CC) regulation, in the event of output overload or short circuit.

Other protection functions include cycle by cycle current limitation, input voltage and overvoltage protection, and thermal shutdown.

The CX8576Q also provides programmable cable voltage drop compensation by selecting appropriate external resistance voltage dividers. The switching frequency is internally set to 110 kHz.
