CX8901X is a 120V wide voltage step-down DC-DC power supply chip, with external NMOS+1 Schottky, 

quite compact periphery and ESOP-8L package.

It has the functions of enabling switch control, low standby power consumption, high efficiency, low ripple, 

over-temperature protection circuit, output short-circuit protection, current limiting protection, cycle-by-cycle 

current detection and so on, which is very suitable for wide voltage input buck.

CX8901X With enabling control,can greatly save peripheral devices and is more suitable for battery use. 

CX8901X is mostly used in POE switches, garden tools, electric vehicle controllers, BMS, meters, LED headlights, 

GPS burglar alarms, Bluetooth speakers, smart homes, LED lighting control, security and USB port chargers.

CX8901X series is a switching buck DC-DC controller supporting wide voltage input, with the maximum input 

voltage of 120V.

CX8901X has the characteristics of low standby power consumption, high efficiency, low ripple, excellent bus 

voltage regulation rate and load regulation rate.

CX8901X supports high current output, and the output current can reach more than 10A.

CX8901X can set the output constant voltage value by setting the voltage dividing resistor of FB pin.

CX8901X series adopts PWM control mode with fixed frequency, and the typical switching frequency is 100KHz. 

Under light load, it will enter the cycle skipping mode to obtain high conversion efficiency.

The CX8901X series integrates the functions of soft start, over-temperature protection circuit, output short-circuit

protection, current limiting protection and cycle-by-cycle current detection to improve the system reliability.

The CX8901X series is packaged in ESOP-8L and has a minimalist periphery, which is suitable for DC-DC buck 

applications with wide input and high power.

CX8901X supports wide-voltage 120V input and 10A large-current external N MOS transistor DC-DC buck 

scheme. Provide technical support such as CX8901X sample application, CX8901X Demo test and CX8901X
